RESOLUTION NO . 2379
WHEREAS the City of Renton, by Chapter 14, City Code , City
of Renton, has adopted a Comprehensive Plan, and
19HEREAS by Section 4-1405 it is anticipated that the Comprehensive
Plan shall be amended from time to time; and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission, City of Renton, has prepared
a Policies Element of the Comprehensive Plan to assist the City in
implementing and interpreting the Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Renton deems it in
the best interest of the public to adopt such policies element of
the Comprehensive Plan, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The above recitals are found to be true and correct
in all respects .
SECTION II : The City Council of the City of Renton do hereby
approve and adopt the Policies Element of the Comprehensive Plan
which is adopted hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set
forth.
