RESOLUTION NO. 2427
FINAL PLAT 070-81 (Gustafson)
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the
subdivision: of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described , located within the City of Renton has
heretofore beer, duly approved by the Hearing Examiner ; and
WHEREAS after due itvestigatior, the Planning Department has
considered ar.d recommended the approval of said final plat arid no
r ublic hearing being held , arid such approval being deemed proper arid
advisable arid ir! the public interest , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON , DO RESOLVE
AS FOI.I.OWS:
SECTION I : The final plat heretofore submitted arid approved by
the Hearing Examiner , pertaining to the following described real
estate , to-wit :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto arid made a part hereof as
if fully set forth .
( Proper.ty located at the West side of Union; Avenue
Northeast at the intersectior! of Northeast 10th Street . )
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat , subject to the laws
arid ordinances of the City of Renton , and subject to the findings ,
conclusions and decision dated September 30 , 19819 of the City' s
Hearing Examiner .
