CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. 3451
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has received
certain excess . r.evenues in..-excess. of estimated revenues for.
the calendar year 1980, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
. transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund
for purposes specified in Ordinances Nos . 3155 and 3137 and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for the
public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : . The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
, passage, approval and five days after its publication.

APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM CURRENT FUND EXCESS REVENUE (FRANCHISE
FEES) UNTO CABLE COMMUNICATIONS DEVELOPMENT FUND AS FOLLOWS:
APPROPRIATE FROM: CURRENT FUND EXCESS REVENUE
REVENUE A/C 000/316.30 (Franchise Fees) --------- $2,000.00
APPROPRIATE UNTO: CURRENT FUND (Interfund Distributions)
a/c 000/000/04.519.80.53 ------------------------ $2,000.00
TRANSFER UNTO: CABLE COMMUNICATIONS DEVELOPMENT FUND
a/c 127/000/15.571 .20.31 .30 (Promotion/Dev. ) ---- $2,000.00
Hereafter, cost for administration and regulation of cable communication shall
be estimated and deposited into the Current Expense Fund and any excess over
anC above the cost for administration and regulation of cable communication
shall be estimated and deposited into the Cable Communications Development Fund
No. 127, for purposes specified in this Ordinance and in Ordinances Nos. 3155
and 3137.
