HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 3502 AMENDS �,2D CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 3502 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON , AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3488 BY AMENDING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY REZONED FROM RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R2') TO BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1) (R-084-80) WHEREAS by Ordinance No. 3488 certain property was rezoned within the City of Renton from Residence District (R-2,) to Business District District (B-1) , and WHEREAS the legal description of said property was incorrect NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I : The legal description of property rezoned under Ordinance No. 3488 from Residence District (R-2.) to Business District (B-1) is amended as follows ; See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein (Said property being located on South side of N.E. 12th STreet between Harrington Place N.E . and Harrington Avenue N,E. ) SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage , approval and five days after its publication, PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 12th day of January, 1981 .
