AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1981, and �s
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate \ '
and transfer .from such unanticipated revenue to pay for totally
self-supporting programs at the Senior Center into the below mentioned
fund and such appropriation and transfer being necessary and in the
public interest and for the public benefit, NOW TELEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer :
FROM: Unanticipated Revenue $6,000.00
UNTO: Park Fund/Senior Citizens
Center Division
Acct No. 101/000/20/555/08 .42. 61 $6,000.00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after publication.
