HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 3569 a.. 41 y4 CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 3569 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON CHANG- ING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM GENERAL CLASSIFICATION (G ) TO PUBLIC USE DISTRICT (P-1 ) . ;• (R-047-81 - ONE VALLEY PLACE PROPERTIES) WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV (Building Regulations) of, Ordinance No. 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" , as amended , and the maps and reports adopted in conjunction therewith , the property hereinbelow described has heretofore been zoned as General Classification (G) ; and WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said property has been filed with the Planning Department on or about April 29, 1981 , which petition was duly referred to the Hearing Examiner for investigation , study and public hearing, and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about June 9, 19810 and said matter having been duly considered by the Hearing Examiner and said zoning request being in conformity with the City' s Comprehensive Plan , as amended , and the City Council having duly considered all matters relevant thereto, and all parties having been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I : The following described property in the City of Renton is hereby rezoned to Public Use District (P-1 ) as hereinbelow specified ; subject to the findings , conclusions and decision of the Hearing Examiner dated June 30, 1981 ; the Planning Director. is her authorized and directed to .change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance , as amended , to evidence said rezoning, to-wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. (Said property being located South of Valley Hospital and Southwest of the intersection of'GeneralGTalbot Road South and S.W. 43rd Street . ) t AND SUBJECT FURTHER to that certain Declaration of Restrictive Covenants executed by Petitioner-Owners on or. about July 24, 1981 and recorded in the office of the Director of Records an Receiving No . 8107310439 d Elections , and which said Covenants are hereby incor- porated and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. •� SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective passages tive upon its g , approval and five days after its publication .
