OF RENTON FROM GENERAL CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G ) TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL. DISTRICT (L.-1 ) (R-069-81 CARACCIOL I ) . WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No . 162.8 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Rentor." , as amer:ded , arid the maps and reports adopted in cor:junctior: therewith , the property hereinbelow described has heretofore beer. z<)r.ed as General Classification District (G ) ; arid WHEREAS a proper petition: for charge of zone classification: of said property has beer: filed with the Planning Department on or about July 31 , 1931 , which petition was duly referred to the Hearing Examiner for ir:vestigation , study and public hearing , and a public hearing having beer. held thereon: or, or about September 22, 1981 , arid said matter having beer: duly considered by the Hearing Examiner and said zor! ir:g request beir:g in conformity with the City' s Comprehensive Plan , as amended , and the City Council having duly considered all matters relevant thereto , and all parties having beer: heard appearir.g it support thereof or ir: opposition thereto , NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL. District (L.-1 ) as hereinbelow specified ; subject to the findings , conclusions and decisior. of the Hearing Examiner dated October 5 , 1981 ; the Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zonir:g Ordinance , as amended , to evidence said rezoning , to-wit : See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein .
