AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
A14ENDI14G THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE , ARTICLE 25 ,
CHAPTER 9 , TITLE VII , (FIRE REGULATIONS) OF
ORDI14ANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO
INSPECTION PERMITS FOR PLACES OF ASSEMBLY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS , FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Section 7-905 of Title VII (Fire

Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General
Ordinance of the City of Renton" is hereby amended by adding
a new subsection (F) as follows :
(F) Section 25 . 101 is amended to read as follows :
"Inspection Permit. An inspection permit shall be
required to operate a place of assembly as defined
in Article 9 of the Uniform Fire Code. A fee of
$10. 00 shall be paid upon application for an
inspection permit. "
S�CTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective
upon its
passage and approval and thirty days after publication.
