ORDINANCE NO. 3837
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year 1984 from the Interagency .Committee for Outdoor
Recreation (IAC) for the Pedestrian Corridor and Shop Site Redevelop-
ment Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and advisable to appropriate such
unanticipated revenues into the belowmentioned funds and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation:
APPROPRIATE FROM: Unanticipated Revenue (IAC Grant)
Capital Improvement Fund Revenue
