CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2193
WHREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore made
application for certain Federal and State Aid Grant Projects , and
WHEREAS the implementation of said projects requires the
execution of certain documents relating thereto including the allocation
and expenditureof State Urban ArterialFunds (UAB) , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO RESOLVED AS
FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: The above recitals are hereby found to be
true and correct.
SECTION II : The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Renton,
Washington, are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
untoappropriate governmental agencies any and all documents relating
to the allocation and expenditure of UAB Funding including the following
project description, to-wit:
SW 43rd (S 180th) Street, East Valley Road to West
Valley Road (a joint project with the City of Kent ,
Washington)
which said project includes certain street widening and bridge
construction improvements .
SECTION III: The City. Clerk is hereby authorized to
certify this Resolution in sufficient copies and furnish same to the
appropriate governmental agencies.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 26th day of June, 1978 .
