RESOLUTION NO . 2207
WHEREAS the City of Renton has certain equipment as
hereinafter more particularly described, and same being of no further
use or benefit to the City or any of its departments, and there
being no foreseeable requirement for said equipment in the future,
and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City and the

general public to dispose of said equipment on the amostsadvantageous
terms available to the city, NOW THEREFORE . '. .
THE CITY - COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: -
SECTION I : The above facts and recitals are hereby found
to be true and correct in all respects . The Purchasing Controller
of the City of Renton is hereby authorized and directed to dispose
of the, following7described equipment upon public bid call or through
the Police Auction, to-wit:
2 Dish tables 1 Griddle
2 Work tables - 1 Ice Cream Cabinet
1 Hot food table 1 Broken Toaster
1 Cold food table 1 Refrigerator and
1 Garbage Disposal refrigerated drawers
1 Pre-rinse assembly 1 Cold Drink dispensing
1 Freezer machine
1 Range and Hood Misc . shelving and stands
1 Deep Fryer
and all of said equipment to be sold on a cash basis , in its "as is"
condition, without warranty, expressed or implied, and all of said
sales to be final and conclusive . The City reserves the right to
reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the form
of the bid.
SECTION II : The money received from said sales to be
placed in the Senior Citizen Construction Fund.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 21st day of August, 1978 .
