provide for the vacation of said former easement and its acceptance
of a new easement for utility purposes, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.:
SECTION I: The. Mayor and City. Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to executethat certain "Vacation of Easement" as
identified in Exhibit "A" hereinabove.. Simultaneously herewith.
1 the. City hereby acceptsthat certain easement, identified as Exhibit
"B" and authorizes theCity Clerk to place sameon record with the
Director of Records and Elections , King County, Washington.

VACATION OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS Frank Bonnell, Jr. , and Barbara Bonnell Holt have
heretofore granted unto the City of Renton a certain Easement under ;
I date of the 20th day of July, 1977, recorded in the office of
King County, Washington, and recorded #7707200933 and #7707200934,
and
WHEREAS it has been determined that said Easement should be
abandoned for reasons of relocating the water main utility and

Q the execution of a perpetual easement simultaneously herewith,

• O and such vacation being proper and in the public interest, NOW
THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:

CD 1. The City of Renton, a municipal corporation, operating
as a non-charter code city under the laws and statutes of
• the State of Washington, hereby releases and vacates that

certain perpetual easement dated March 27, 1967, and
recorded #6167578 Vol. 4923 of Deeds, page 487, King
County, and described as follows, to-wit:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Section 19,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W. M. , King j
County, Washington; thence South 89°10'18" East
along the North line of said Section 19 a
distance of 1,098.32 feet; thence South O1°13'17"
West along the East right-of-way line of Lind
Avenue Southwest a distance of 941.00 feet; - 'I
thence South 89°10'18" East 329.65 feet, more or
less, to the Easterly line of that property
conveyed by Special Warranty Deed dated January 14,
1964, from Frank B. Bonnell and Peoples National
Bank of Washington in Seattle to Pacific Coast
Railroad Company; thence South 01°13'17" West
along said Easterly line a distance of 111.07
feet to the point of beginning; said point being
on the Northerly line of the existing easement;
thence North 77°26'41" East along said Northerly
line a distance of 29.94 feet; thence South I
32°26'41" West, 28.28 feet to a point on the
Southerly line of said easement; thence along said j
Southerly line South 77°26'41" West, 14.84 feet;
thence North O1°13'17" East, 20.59 feet to the
