CITY" OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO 21
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for
the subdivision of, a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton has
heretofore been filed with. the Planning Department and it appearing
that the preliminary plat has heretofore been duly approved by
the Hearing Examiner after public hearing thereon as provided
by law; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the. Hearing Examiner
has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat
and said matter having come on for review before the Hearing
Examiner at his public hearing on or about November 1, 1977 and
the City Council having duly approved said final plat at its
regular meeting on November 28 , 19.77 and such approval being deemed
proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW. THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, as follows:
SECTION I The final plat heretofore submitted and
approved by the Hearing Examiner, pertaining to the following
described real estate., to-wit:
See Exhitit 'A+.t attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth
(property located approximately 20.0 feet south.
of N.E, 23rd Street on the west side of Duvall
Avenue N.E, )
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to
the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to
the findings , conclusions and decision dated November 7 , 1977 of
the Cityls. H.earing Examiner,

That portion of the North Half of the South Half--of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , King County,
Washington described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said subdivision, thence S87°41 '43"E along
the north line thereof, also being the south line of Eastwood Park, recorded in
volume 86 of plats, page 40, records of said County, 631 .11 feet to the northwest
corner of that certain tract of land recited in Warranty Deed recorded under
receiving No. 7312200313, records of said County, thence SO4°56'08"W along the
west line thereof 97.10 feet to the southwest corner thereof, thence S87°41 '43"E
along the south line thereof 170.17 feet to the west margin of 138th Avenue S.E. ,
presently 60.00 feet in width, thence SO4°56'08"W along said margin 131 .69 feet
to the northeast corner of that certain tract of land recited in Deed recorded
under Auditors File No. 3606291 , records of said County, thence N87°33'55"W along
the north line thereof 170.15 feet to the northwest corner thereof, thence SO4°56'08"W
along the west line thereof 79.25 feet to intersect an existing fence line, thence
N87°37'33"W along said existing fence line 613.58 feet to the west line of the
North Half of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
said Section 3, said line being the east boundary of the plat of Glencoe Division
No. 2, recorded in volume 90 of plats, pages 50 & 51 , records of said County,
thence N0°40'08"E along said line and said plat boundary 306.61 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
