RESOLUTION N0. 1880
WHEREAS the City of Renton is the owner of certain property
as more particularly described on the attached Quit Claim Deed, and
WHEREAS in the improvement of Talbot Road , SR515 , by the
State of Washington, Department of Highways , it is necessary and
advisable for the State of Washington to acquire title for right-
of-way purposes , and
WHEREAS after due consideration by the City Council of the
City of Renton it appears that it will be in the best interest of
both the City of Renton and the State of Washington that such lands
be conveyed unto the State of Washington� Department of Highways for
the consideration hereafter stated and other mutual benefits , NOW
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS ',
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The above findings and recitals are hereby found
to be true and correct in all respects.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver the attached uit Claim Deed unto

the State of Washington Department of Highways in consideration of

the su� of $2 ,500 . 00 to be paid by said Grantee unto the City of Renton.
