' 3� . y _� � . � + - � , ' ' � RESOLUTION No. 18$6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT AND INSTALL SANITARY SEWERS AND TRUNK LINES AND APPURTENANCES THERETO IN AND NEAR THE EARLINGTON ADDITION AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND TO CREATE A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO ASSESS THE COST AND EXPENSE OF SAID IMPROVEMENT AGAINST THE PROPERTIES IN SUCH DISTRICT SPECIALLY BENEFITED THEREBY; NOTIFYING ALL PERSONS WHO MAY DESIRE TO OBJECT TO SAID IMPROVEMENT TO APPEAR AND PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS AT A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON��Apri122 ., 1974. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I : That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, to construct and install the following sanitary sewer lines, including trunk lines, accessories and appurtenances thereto, in the following described area of the City, to wit: 1. (a) Description of Local Impr:ovement District LID 283 As incorporated herein as per Exhibit "A'< which is made a part hereof as if fully set forth. See Exhibit "A': (b) Improvements: Approx. Pipe S 'ize ON From To See Exhibit "B" This ResoTution is in support of that certain "Petition for Creation of a Local Improvement District" filed with the City on or about November 28, 1973 . -1- :� , • , .` N . • . ; - . . - . � , . There sliall be included in the foregoing the acquisition and installation of all necessary v�lves , fittings, couplings , connections, equipment and appurtenances, and the acquisition of any easements, rights-of-way and land that may be required; and there shall further be included the performance of such work as may be incidental and necessary to the foregoing construction and installation. The City Co uncil may, in its discretion, modify and amend the details of the foregoing �described improVement, including the financing thereof, where in its judgment it appears advisable, provided such modifications and amendments do not substantially alter the general plan of said improvemei�t project . All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Renton. SECTION II : The entire cost and expense of said improvement , unless hereafter timely modified or amended by the City Council, shall be borne by and assessed against the property specially benefited by such improvement to be included in the local imp�ov:ement district to be established, embracing as near as may be all property specially benefited by such improvement. There shall be included in the cost and expense of said improvements all cost items specified in RCW 35.44.020 . SECTION III : That all persons who may desire to object to the improvement herein described are hereby notified to appear and present 'I � such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Renton, Washington, at 8:00 P.M. on �pr�I �2 , 1974, which time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement and all objections thereto and for determining the method of payment for said improvement .
