GdHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the
belowspecified funds for the purpose of reimbursing previous expenditures
billed against Forward Thrust Account rather than the Urban Arterial Account ,
and such transfer being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE '
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE NIAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CI!i' OF P.EN 10N , WASHINGTON , AS FOLLOWS :
