A-94-001) . ' WHEREAS, Ordinance No . 4554 was adopted by the City of Renton on November 6, 1995 annexing certain territory of the City of Renton (Burnstead Annexation) but was never published and so never took effect; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal Ordinance No. 4554 in its entirety; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I . The City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, hereby rescinds Ordinance No. 4554 in its entirety. SECT�ON II .
