HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 4618 Amends: ORD 4498, 4499 SuperSeded by: ORD 4628 CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON I ORDINANCE N0. 4618 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, CORRECTING CERTAIN MAPPING AREAS ON THE CITY' S COMPREHSNSIVE LAND USE PLAN MAP AND ZONING MAP. WHEREAS, the City of Renton periodically adopts and updates , its Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map and Zoning Map; and WHEREAS, those maps have significant numbers of different designations upon them designated by the use of colors within certain desired areas; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain errors have occurred in these maps; and WHEREAS, it is advisable and in the public interest to correct those mapping errors; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I. The above findings • and recitals are found to be true and correct in all respects . SECTION I2. The Planning/Building/Public Works Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to make the following map j changes on the City' s Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map and Zoning I Map. 1 ORDINANCE NO. 4 618 1 . Property known as the "Parker Property. " The error is described and corrected in Exhibit A. The property is legally described in Exhibit A-1 and shown in map form an Exhibit A-2, , which are attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set I forth. 2 . Properties known as "La Colina and Cedar Crest . " The errors are described and corrected in Exhibit B. The properties are legally described in Exhibit B-1 and shown in map form on � Exhibit B-2, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth. 3 . Property known as the "Franciscovich Property. " The error is described and corrected in Exhibit C. The property is legally described in Exhibit A-1 and shown in map form in Exhibit A-2, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth. SECTION I2I. City staff are hereby directed that until the next general update of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map and Zoning Map, the properties benefiting from the map changes under this ordinance are to be treated as having the map designations contained herein just as if the fuJ.l Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map and Zoning Map had been corrected to reflect these changes .
