AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
THE INTERIM ZONI�TG MAP AND �IiAN�ING THE Z4NING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHYN THE GIT'{Y OF
RENTON FROM T (TRATLER) ZOIQE TO MF-� (d�LTIFAMILY-INFILL)
(LAKE TERRACE ESTATES/STEVE $ARER, �E-33) .
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 4406 the Cit� Council adopted the
Interim Zoning Map based upon the Interim Land Use Element of the I
Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 44ff5; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of the Interim Zoning Map constitutes an
area-wide zoning; and
WHEREAS, the City Council established a process known as the
"Errata Process" for reviewing concerns about the Interim Land Use
Element of the Comprehensive Plan and the Interim Zoning Map; and
-WHEREAS, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore been
zoned as botli T (Trailer) and MF-I (Multifamily-Infill) , and the
City Council having reviewed the zoning classification under the
°Errata Process" and referred this matter to public hearing before
considering a change to the zoning classification of the entire
parcel to MF-I (Multifamily-Infill) ; and
WHEREAS, this change in zoning classification was duly
considered in public hearing held on or about the 14th day of
February, 1994, and said change in zoning classification being in
conformity with the City' s Interim Land Use Element of the
Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and the City Council having duly
ccinsidered a1.1 matters relevant thereto, and all parties having been
heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I . Ordinance No. 4406, the Interim Zoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended with respect to the zoning
classification of the following described real property in the City
of Renton, and that property is hereby rezoned entirely to MF-I
(Multifamily-Infill) :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth herein.
(This property is located at 2100 Lake Washington
Boulevard)
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and five days after its publication.
