ATTEND PRE -CONSTRUCTION MEETING. 2. OBTAIN NOTICE TO PROCEED FROM CITY AND ALL REQUIRED PERMITS BEYOND THOSE PROVIDED BY CITY (SEE SPECIFICATIONS) PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK. 3. COORDINATE WITH CITY / ENGINEER FOR CONSTRUCTION STAKING. STAKING TO BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR. 4. INSTALL PERIMETER PROTECTION AND TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROLS AND TEMPORARY STORMWATER AND/OR DEWATERING TREATMENT FACILITIES (BAKER TANKS, ETC.). 5. MAINTAIN EROSION CONTROL MEASURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY STANDARDS AND THESE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. 6. CLEAR AND GRUB SITE. 7. PROVIDE PLANS FOR SHORING AND DEWATERING STAMPED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. AS AN OPTION, EXISTING WET WELL MAY RECEIVE UP TO APPROXIMATELY 100 GPM OF CLEAN DEWATERING DURING THE DRY SEASON AND 50 GPM DURING THE WET SEASON, SUBJECT TO CITY APPROVAL AND INTERRUPTION DURING STORM EVENTS. 8. INSTALL WET WELL, MANHOLE, AND VALVE VAULT AND BACKFILL EXCAVATIONS. 9. CONSTRUCT GRAVITY SEWERS AND FORCE MAINS. 10. GRADE SITE AND INSTALL UTILITIES. 11. CONSTRUCT CONTROL BUILDING. 12. CONSTRUCT BLOCK WALL. 13. INSTALL ELECTRICAL AND CONTROL SYSTEMS, GENERATOR SET, AND ALL RELATED LIFT STATION APPURTENANCES. 14. PERFORM TESTING AND START-UP FOR STATION. 15. OBTAIN CITY APPROVAL BEFORE TRANSFERRING SEWAGE TO NEW STATION. PERFORM BYPASS PUMPING TO EXISTING WET WELL DURING CONNECTION TO AND RECHANNELING EXISTING MH 5307065. ABANDON EXISTING AIRPORT LIFT STATION AND CONNECT TO GRAVITY SEWER. PLUG GRAVITY TO EXISTING STATION AND REDIRECT TO NEW STATION. 16. REMOVE TEMPORARY BYPASS SYSTEMS. 17. PERFORM SITE RESTORATION. 18. REMOVE TEMPORARY BMPS ONLY AFTER ALL DANGER OF EROSION HAS PASSED AND AFTER APPROVAL BY CITY. 19. PREPARE AND PROVIDE O & M MANUALS PER SPECIFICATIONS. 20. PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION RECORD DRAWINGS. NOTE: THIS IS A POSSIBLE SEQUENCE.
