RESOLUTION N0. � ���
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore created
and has maintained a certain contingency fund as provided by law, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the below
specified amount unto a certain fund from said contingency fund for
the purpose of providing additions to the salary budget of the
Municipal Court and such transfer being necessary and advisable and
being made in compliance with RCW 35A. 33. 146 , NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following transfer, to-wit :
FROM: Contingency Fund - 107 . 519 . 70. 42 $3 ,000 . 00
UNTO : Current Fund
Municipal Court 002. 512 . 40 . 11 Salaries $3 ,000 . 00
