RESOLUTION NO.����
WHEREAS the City of Renton, a municipal corporation, operating
as a non-charter Code city �nder the laws and statutes of the State
of Washington, has made application for assistance from the ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION for the construction of a Street Department
Shop known as City Project No. B-103 , and

WHEREAS it is esti.mated that the total project cost will amount
to app. $44 ,000 . 00 , and
WHEREAS plans and specifications have been prepared therefor
and the City being willing and able to proceed with said project , NOW
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION Z�: The above recitals and facts are hereby found to
be true and correct in all respects .
I SECTION II : City hereby agrees to take all necessary steps and
actions to expedite the completion of the project and to assure
timely completion thereof. The City further agrees to� promp+ly and
timely pay all amounts due contrectors , subcontractors , and all
others furnishing material, supplies or services to said project as
I required by la�t.
SECTION III: In addition to the foregoing, the City further
agrees to use its best efforts to complete construction of the
aforedescribed Street Department Shop project at a cost not greater
than the approved construction line items ,together �tith such change
orders as may be approved fr�m time to time by the ECONOMIC DEVELOP-
MENT ADMINISTRATION; the City agrees to timely notify said
Administration of any material change or deviation from construction
li.ne items and to seek approval therefor.
SECTION Iv : The City further agrees to comply with all the
