BE IT RESOLVED BY T'HE MAYOR AND THE CIZY COUI�ICIL aF TE� CITY � RENTON, j�TASH- INGTON, AS FOLL(7t:►S: SECTION I: That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, to construct End install the following Sanitary sewers , includino trunk , accessories and appurtenances th�ereto, in ths follo�ring deacribed area of the City, to-wit: 1. (a) Description of Local Improvement District See Exhi}�it "A" Attached (b) Improvements: A pprox. Pipe S ize ON Fram To See Exhibit "B" Attached There shall be included in the foregoing the acquieition end installation of pipes, manholes, a�.l necessary�Ii�, fittings, couplings, connections, equipment aad appttrtenances� and the acquisition of any easements, rights-of-waq and land thet may be required; and thsre shall further be included the performance of such work ae may be incidental atxi necessary to the foregoing construction and installation. The City Council may, in its discretioa, modify and smend the detaila c� the foregoing described improvement, including the financing thereof., whera in ita judgment it appears advisable, provided auch modifications and amendmeats do not subatantially - 1 - - r 'i � � • e' • . • . � . ` ' � alter the general plan of said i.mprovement project. All of the faregoing s�lall be in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the Citq Engin�eer `of the City of Renton. SECTIOn II: The entire cost and expense of said i�provement, unlesa AereaPter timely modif.ied or amended by the City Council, shall be borne by and asseased against the property specially benefited by such i.mprovement to be included in the local improvement district to be established� embracing as near as may be all property specizll;� benef ited by such impravement. There shall be included in the cost and expense of sa id 3mprovementa all cost items specified in RGti] 35.44.020. SECTION iII: That all persons who may deaire to object to the improvement herein deacribed are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambera of the City Hsll, Renton, Wash- ington, at 8:00 P.NI. on July 27� 1970 , which time and place ere hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said propQsed improvement and all objections thereto and for determining the method of p$yment for s�id improvement. The City Clerk shall give notice of said hearing and said proposed improvement as required by law. S�CTI01� IV: Jack tiilson� City Engineer, or his duly euthorized representat�ti-Q, is hereby directed to submit to the City Council� on or before the aforesaid heering d^te, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
