��JHFsREE1S the Waterworks Utility Fund has received certain funds in excess
of the estimated revanues and surplus for the current year� and
G7H�REAS it is necessary and advisable to expend a portion thereof for the
purpoae of inatalling a certain Lift Station at the Lake Washingtan Beach Park site,
and ssid expenditures being necessary and in the public interest and for the public

BB IT RESOLVED BY TF]E P�YOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THC CITY OF RENTON,
WASHII�GTON, AS FOLLa[�IS:
SECTION I: There ia hereby sppropriated from such excess revenues the
follawing amount, to—wit:
FROM: Waterworks Utility Fund $18,000.00
UNTO: Water Maintenance 2820/605 Structures and
Improvements: $18�000.00
SBCTION II: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make
the above appropriations and treasfers.
