a:,d as aurplus of its estimated revenues for the caleadar year 1968, and
WHERF.AS it is necessary aad advisable to appropriate some of said excess
funda as hereinbelow stated for the purpose of installation of certain wat�r maias
and to provide for emergency repairs due to the breakage of o�16" water main and
for the improvement of the Talbot Hill Water Reservoirs, and all of sucb expes�ditures
being in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW TEiBREFORE
