RESOLUTION N0. 1070
WHEREAS, the hereinafter named employee of the City of Renton is a
member of the Washington Statewide City Employees� Retirement System, in the
classification of UNiFORMED PERSONNEL, and said person having attained retire-
ment age as provided by law, but said person being physically fit t� continue
such employment and service with the City of Renton, and said person having
requested extension of the Compulsory Retirement Age, and the Chief of Police
and the City Council of the City of Renton having approved the request of said
employee:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLIAWS a \�1
That the time of compulsory retirement of the following named empioyee
of the City of Renton, who is a member of the bJashington Statewide City Employees'
Retirement System under the classification of UNIFORMED PERSONNEL, to-wit:
JAMES R. CHADWICK
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY EX2ENDED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR to-wit until

December l, 1961.
A copy of this Resolution, adopted pursuant to Section XIV, Chapter 71,
Laws of 1947, as ame�ded subsequently thereto, shall be transmitted by the Clerk
' of the City of Renton to the Board of Trustees of the aforesaid Washington
Statewide City Employees� Retirement System.
