WHEREAS the below mentioned departmen� fund of the City of Rentvn has been
required to meet certain obligations and expenditures which were not foreeeeable at the
time of the adoption of the 196i Budget, and
WHERE�S iti is necessary for the proper administration, operation and maintenance
, of the City and �aid department to transfer funds between items within the general class
of "Maintenance and Operation" as provided for in Chapter 322 of the 1955 Session Lawa,
' as amended, and said transfer being in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RRSOLOED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLLOWSt
1. The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to make and execute the following transfer between the specified items in the
general class of "Maintenanc� and Operation" of the planning Commission, to-wit; �
FROM: Planning Coauaission,l�iaintanance and Operation
Account No. 725 ' $100.00
U1320: Planning Commission, Account No. 780 - Travel
and Conventions $100.00
