WHEREAS, the hereinafter named employee of the City of Renton is a member
of the Washington Statewide City Employees' Retirement System, in the ciassification of
MiSCELLANEOUS PERSONNEL, and said person having attained the retirement age of sixty-five
(65) years of age, and said person being physicallq fit to continue such employment on
a temporary basis�with the City of Renton, and said person having requested an extension
of the age limit under the Compulsory Retirement System, and the �tr.eet Comm�ssioner4
and the City Council of the City of Renton having approved the request of said employee,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
That the tame of co�pulsory retirement of the following named employee o�
the City of Renton, who is a member of the Washington Statewide City Employees '
Retirement System under the classification of "MISCELLAIdEOUS PERSONNEL; to-wit:
AR3'HUR R. COOPER
be and the same is hereby extended from November 1, 1962, unto and including November
l, 1963.
A copy of this Resolution, adopted pursuant to Section XIV, Chapter 71,
Laws of 1947, as amended by Chapter 228, Laws of 1953, shall be transmitted by the
Clerk of the City of Renton to the Board of Trustees of the aforesaid Washington
Statewide City Employees' Retirement System.
