BE IT RESOLVED $Y THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITX OF RENT(?N AS
F"OLLOWS:
� � SECTIOI3 I: The City Clerk and the Gi�y Treasurer are hereby autharized

� and directed to transfer, as a Ioan, the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,OQ0.00}
from Cedar River Park ,�cguisition Fund unto the Current Fund and said transfer to
constitute a loan to said Fund tc� be repaid not later than sixty (60) days from date
hereaf. Said loan to bear interest at ehe rate of 32'l0. This transfer is necessary
and in the public interest pending receipt t�f payment in lieu of taxes.
