WH�REAS the Curre�t Fund of the CITY OF RENT'aN has heretof ore received
revenues in excess of the estimated revenues as specified in the CITY'S Annual Budget
for the year 1962, same being derived from interest payments on a certain excess tax
levy, and
WHEREAS such excess revenues are required to meet certain obZiga�ions and
expenditures of the CITY and the belowuientioned departments and f unds which could not
be forseeable at the time of the adoption of the 1962 Budget and such appropriation
and expenditures being necessary and required and being in the public interest and
f or the public welfare, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
AS FOLLOWS: . ` -
SECTION I: There are hereby appropriated the f ollowing funds received
in excess of the estimafied revenues for fihe pear 1962 in the following described
departments and f unds of the CI1Y OF RENTON and the City Clerk and the City Treasurer
are hereby authorized and directed to transfer such excess funds hereinbelow specified,
