WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final p7�t for the subdivision
of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, 1.ocated within
the City limits of the City of Ren�on, has heretofore been presented to and filed
with the �ity �ouncil and -the City Planning Commission and it appearing -�hat the
preliminary plat has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Cornmi.ssion after
public hearing thereon as provided by Iaw� and
w'HERE�S after due investi�ation the Pl.anning Corr�n�.ssion has considered and
recommended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for review
before the �ity �ouncil of the '��.ty of Renton on or about March l�th� 1963, and the
'City �ouncil having duly approved said final pl.at and same being deemed proper and
