1. SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED ON LOTS CREATED BY
THIS SUBDIVISION MUST IMPLEMENT FLOW CONTROL BMPS, UNLESS CONSTRUCTED AS PART
OF THIS SUBDIVISION. COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE ADDRESSED IN THE
DRAINAGE PLAN SUBMITTED FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT DRA0 AGE REVIEW WHEN
APPLICATION IS MADE FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT FOR EACH LOT.
2. FLOW CONTROL BMPS CONSTRUCTED ON THE LOTS SHALL BE OPERATED MAINTAINED AND
KEPT IN GOOD REPAIR BY EACH LOT OWNER.
3. STORM DRAINAGE MAINS SHALL BE VIDEOED FOLLOWING INSTALLATION PER THE FOLLOWING
PROCEDURE:
A) THE PROJECT DEVELOPER SHALL SUBMIT TO THE CITY THE CCN INSPECTION VIDEOS AND
WRITTEN REPORTS. THE CCTV INSPECTION SHALL INCLUDE ALL PROJECT STORM DRAIN
LINES AND CONNECTING CATCH BASIN AND MANHOLE STRUCTURES THAT WILL BECOME
CITY OWNED/ MAINTAINED AND ALL PRIVATE 8 INCH DIAMETER OR LARGER DRAIN LINES
AND CONNECTING CATCH BASIN AND MANHOLE STRUCTURES. SAID VIDEOS ARE TO BE IN
COLOR AND COMPATIBLE WITH THE CITY'S VIEWING AND RECORDING SYSTEMS. THE CITY
WILL ONLY ACCEPT VIDEO SUBMITTALS ON CD OR DVD THAT IS VIEWABLE BY STANDARD
VIDEO PLAYER (I.E. MPG VIDEO FILE FORMAT) AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH GRANITE XP.
THE VIDEO SHALL REFERENCE EACH PROJECT DRAIN PIPE SEGMENT TO THE UPSTREAM
AND DOWNSTREAM CONNECTING STRUCTURES AS SHOWN (AMID IDENTIFIED) ON THE
APPROVED PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PLANS.
B) THE COSTS INCURRED IN MAKING THE INITIAL CCN INSPECTION SHALL BE BORNE BY THE
PROJECT DEVELOPER. THE DEVELOPER SHALL BEAR ALL COSTS INCURRED IN
CORRECTING ANY DEFICIENCIES FOUND DURING CCN INSPECTION, INCLUDING THE COST
OF ANY ADDITIONAL CCTV INSPECTION, EXFILTRATION TESTING OR AIR TESTING THAT MAY
BE REQURIED BY THE CITY TO VERIFY THE CORRECTION OF SAID DEFICIIENCY.
C) THE DEVELOPER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED IN THE CCTV
INSPECTION PERFORMED SOLELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE DEVELOPER.
VIDEO TO BE PROVIDED TO CITY INSPECTOR.
4. PROVIDE ETHAFOAM PAD WHEN VERTICAL SEPARATION IS LESS THAN 1 FOOT.
