SECTION I: The aforestated findings are found to be true and carrect in
a11 respects.
The City of Renton, a Nlunicipal Gorporation af the second class, hereb�r
declares its vigorous and unalterable opposition to �t�.e terms. and I
provision� of Initiative No. 222 as said Initiative canstitutes a further inroad
inta the avai3abi13.ty of revenues avai2ab3e and apport�oned �o the cities and
towns� and saic� �nitiative f in fact, deprives cities and towns oamp�.etely frant any
sharing in State liquor profits. Said Initiative, if successful, trould serinusly I
Y�mper and interfere with the orderly administration of city �avernment and c�ould
deprive citixens of necessary services and benefits.
