k'HEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the aubdivision of a certain
tract of latzd as hereir►after more parCicularly described, located within the City Limfts
of the City of Renton, has heretofore been presented to and filed toith the City Council
and the Cfty Planning Ccmmission and it appearing that the preliminary plat has hereto-
fore been duly approved by the planning Commission after public hearing thereon as
provided by law, and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Commission has considered and
recommended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for re�iew
bafore the P2anning Commission of the City of Renton on or about July 22, 1964, and
the City Council having duly approved eaid fina2 plat on or about July 27, 1964, and same
being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY �EIE I�lAYOR AI�ID THE CITY COUNCII� OF THE CI1`Y OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The final p2at heretofore submitted and approved by the Planning
Gommission, pertaining to the foilowing described property, to-wit:
