{�JIlEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628
known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and the maps
in conjunction tllerecvith, t}ie properties hereinbelow described have heretofore been ioned
as GENERAL SUBl3RBAId RESIDENCE DISTRTCT (GS-I) and

filed with the City Clerk on or abuut February 3,1966, �ahich petition iaas then duly
referred to the Planning Commission for ii±�vestigation, study and public hearing and a
public hearing having been held thereon ox on about February 23, 1966, iahich hearing was

sion and said rezoning request, being in conformity witit the City's Comprehensive Plan

SECTION I: The following described pxoperty in the City of Renton is hereby
rezoned to Single Family Residential District (R-1); the City En�ineer and the Planning
Director are hereby authorized and directed to cliange the maps of the Zoning Ordinance,
as amended, to evidence said rezoning, to-wit:
A portion of the north half of Section 21, �. 23N., R SE.,ti{�.�1. described as
follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of Government Lot No. 3 of said Section 21;
thence Northerly along the west line of Government Lot No. 3, 600 feet, more or less, to
the northeasterly iine of the Bonneville Power Line easement (Rocky Reach-P�9aple Valley No.
1) ; thence continuing northerly 65 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
northexly ts� the north�vest corner of said Government Lot iVo. 3; thence easterly along the
north line of said Government Lot No. 3 to the Cedar River; thence northerly, northwesterly
and westerly along the Cedar River, to the north line of aforesaid Section 21; thence west-
erly along the north line of said Section 21 to the easterly line of the Puget Sound Power
and Light sasement (Beverly Talbot No. 1),being IQ20 feet more or less east of the north-
west carner of Section 21; thence S.12°47'E. along the easterly line of said Beverly-Talbot
No. 1 easer�ent and i�ts }�roiongation 625 feet; thence S 71°04'j7. 400 feet; thence 5.18°56'E.,
170 feet more or less to the northwesterly line of the Bonnevi2le Po�ti�er Line easement

N.9°49'30"E. , SS feet to the aforesaid northerly line of the Bonneville Power Line easement;
