WHERFAS under Chapter VII� Title IV (Building Regulations� of Ordinance No, 1b28
known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Rent�n"� as amended� and the
maps in conjunction therewith, the properties hereinbel�w deseribed have heretofore
been zoned as General Classification District (G•.7200); and
� WHEREAS a change for zone elassification of said property has been filed with
the City Clerk on or about January 2b, 1967, which petition was then duly referred to
the P�i.ag Coenaiacion far investigafiion� study and puDlie hearing and a public hearing
havin� been held thereon on or about March 22� 1967� and said matter having been duly
considered by the Planning Coam►ission stnd the petitionet�owner haeving amended his peti-
