I WHEREAS under Chapter I , ( g �

Ordinance No. 1628 known as the "Cade of General Ordinances of the City af
Renton" , as amended, and the maps in con,�utaction therewith, the properties
hereinbelow have heretofore been zoned es Single Residence District (R-I) I
and Suburban Residence District {S-1� ; and
WHEREAS a cha,nge far zane classification af said prnperty has been
filed with the City Clerk on or about April 6, 1967, which petition was then
duly referred to the I'lanning Commissipn for investigation, study and public

hearing and a public hearing having been held an or about April 26, 1.�67 , and
said matter having been duly cansidered by the Planning Cammission and the I
petitianer-owner havin� duly agreed to amez�d his petitian for rezoning , and
said amended request being in egnfarmity with the City' s Camprehensive P2an
and all parties having been heard appearing in support thereof or in agpasi-
tir�n thsreta, NQ� THEREFORE
BE IT �RDAINED BY TIiE MAYOR AND THE CITX COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I
RENTQN AS F4LLOWS:
SECTION I . xb� follawing properties are hereby rezoned to "Apartment
Houses and Multiple Dwellings (R-�+}" and "Residentia,l District (R-3)" respec-
tively, as follaw� ; the Czty Engineer and the Pl�.nning Directqr are hereby
authorized and directed to change the maps of the 2oning Ordinance , as �
amended ta evidence said rezoning, ta-wit : I

is hereby rezoned to "Apartment Houses and Multiple Dwellings I
