T�� CITY OF RENTON FROD4 GEAI�RAL SUBURBAN RESIDENCE DISTRICT
, (G_S-I) TO SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-1)
, WHERFAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Bu'slding Regulations) of Ordinance No.
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and
the maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbe2ow described has
heretofore been zoned as General Subutban Residence Dfstrict CG-S-1); and
WiiERF�S a proper petition for change of zone classification of said property
has been filed with the City Cl.erk on or about September 7, 1967, which petition was
then duly referred to the Flanning Commission for investigation, study and public
hearing, and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about September 27, 1967,
and proper notice of hearing h�s been duly published and posted as provided by law;
and said petitian tuving been duly considered by the Planning Commissioa, and said
rezoning request being in conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plan and all
parties having been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto,

SECTION I: The following d�scribed property kn the City of Renton is �,
hereby rezoned to Single Residence Di,strict (R-1); the City Engineer �nd the Planning
Director are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps o£ the Zoning Ordinerfce,
as amended, to evidence said rezoning, ta-wit:
The S 1/3 of that portion of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9,
Towi�ship 23N, Range 5E, t�J.M., lying Northerly of the S 15 aeres of
said NE 2j4 of the S� I/4 and t�lest of the t-Jest margin of 132nd
Ave. S.E,; except that portion lying within the plat of Albert
Balch's President Park No. 4� as per plat recorded in Vol. 52 of
Plats, on page 14, records of King County; and except the South I
acre of the remainder thereof; and except the North 63' of the
East 155' thereof. I
