THAT AN EM�RGENCY EXISTS AR�I? APPROPRTATING MONIES FOR 'I�HE
PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FUNBS J?OR T� FIRE DEPAR'IMENT� FIR�
� STATI01� SITE DEVELOPMEIVT� NECFSSIT�TED BY SUCH EMERGENCY.
WHERFAS since the adoption of the 2967 Annual Budget of the City of Renton,
it has become necessary to provide for the expenditure of certain £unds by the Fire
Department Fund for the devt3lopment of a certain f ire station site, and such expenditures
being necessary and required and being in the Qublic interest and for the pubiic
welfare, and

of the City to appropriate €unds for the payment of sqch expenditures as ebove set

BE IT ORDAIIVEB BY THE MAYOR AN1} THE CI�Y COUR�CIL OF THE CITY E3F RENTON�

SECTION Is The €ore�oing recitals and facts are hereby found and determined
by the City Counci2 to be true end existing and by reason thereof the Counci2 hereby
declares that an emergency exists requiring the fmmedi.ate improvement of Fira Station
Site Na. 3 and training grot�nds in coanectian therewith.
SECTION II; That there be and is hereby allowed and established the following
sum for exp�e►ditures in the foil,owing eiaasificetion and said sum is ap.proQriated G�
herein set forth, to-witt
UNTO: Fire Department 2200/602 - Capital Outlay $15,000.00
SECTION III: This ordinance is an emergency ordinance which shall not be
voted upon until one week sh�ll have elepsed after its iatroduction, and a copy
thereof shall be published and posted as a proposed Ordiriaace with notice of the ti.me
set f or voting thereon.
SECTION IV: Thi,s OrdinBnce shall be ia full force and effect from and after
its passage, approvel and legal publ.ication.
