1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances aEf the City of Renton", as amended, and
the maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow describe8 has
heretofore been zoned es Suburban Residence District (S-1); and
WHERFAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said proper�;�
, has been f iled with the City Clerk on or about January 24, 1968, which petition was
duly referred to the Planning Gomm�.ssion for invastigat�on, study and pt�blic hearing,
and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about February 28, 1968; and proper
notice of hearing has been duly published and posted as provided by law; 8nd said
petition having been duly considered by the Planning Commission, and said nezoning
request being in conformity with the City's Camprehensive Plan and aI2 parties having

are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoni.ng Ordinaace, as
