WKEREAS the City af Renton, Washington, has heretafare
receaved certain excess revenues in excess o� es�imated revenues
' for �he year 1970 , and
� WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate
such exces� revenue into �he belowmentianed fund and account
�or �he p�rpose of this Ca.ty� � data processing praject , and such
agpropriation being necessary and in the public intere�t and
�or the public benefit , NOW THEREPORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE
CITY Q�' RENTON, WASHINGTON, A� F4LLOWS :
SECTION I: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriatians , ta-wit :
