RESOLUTION NO. /.5 O
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received revenues in excess of estimated
revenues for the fiscal year 1965, including the sum of $600.00 unexpended appropriation
from the fiscal year 1964 in the Current Expense Fund, Account No.. 1600,. hereinbelow
mentioned, which sum had been appropriated in the 1964 fiscal year for the same purposes
hereafter mentioned; and
WHEREAS the said sum of $500.00 is now needed to defray fees and expenses in-
curred in that certain law suit, Cause No,. 585794 in the appeal from the King County
Superior Court to the State Supreme Court, and the expenditure of said sum having been
duly contracted for in year 1964 and payment thereof at this time now being necessary,
and being in the public interest and for the public benefit; NCW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, AS FOLLCWS:
SECTION Is There is hereby appropriated from ,cid excess revenues, for
the litigation expenditures hereinabove referred to, the sum of $500..00 to Current
Expense Fund, office of City Attorney, Account No. 1600, Maintenance and Operation
(314 Contractual Services). The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized
to make appropriate transfer of said sum,and expenditure thereof, as above stated.
