ORDINANCE N0 . 2910
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OP RENTON, WASHINGTON,
REPEALING SECTIONS 6-124 and 6-177 (4) AND AMENDING
SECTION 6-126 OF TITLE VI CPOLICE REGULATIONS) OF
ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED P4CODE OF' GENERAL ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO DRUNKENESS

THE CITY COUNCIL _OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Section 6-124 0� Title VI CPolice
Regulations) ot Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances
of the City of Rer�n" is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION II : Existing Section 6�126 of Title VI (Police
Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances
of the City of Renton" is hereby amended as follows :
Sectiori 6-1"26�, as amerided: INDECENT LANGUAGE AND PRACTICES :
It shall be unlawful for any person to use in the presence of any
person any indecent or vulgar language , or who shall appear upon any
public road or street or upon any public place or conveyance in any
indecent , or maudlin condition or boisterous manner.
SECTION III : Existing sub-section (4) of Section 6-177
of Title VI (Police Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code
of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION �IV: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after itspublication , unless otherwise
provided for hereinabove.
