HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1364 CMGfNAC s , RESOLUTION NO. /G4 '17/ WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the CITY OF RENTON, has heretofore been presented to and filed with the City Council and the City Planning Commission and it appearing that the preliminary plat, as revised, has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Commission after public hearing thereon as provided by law, and WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Commission has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat, as revised, and said matter having come on for review before the Planning Commission of the CITY OF RENTON on or about January 26, 1966 and February 9, 1966, and the City Council having duly approved said final plat, as revised, on or about February 21 , 1966, and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS r31:LO S: as revised , SECTION I : The final plat/heretofore submitted and approved by the Plan- nin-; Commission, pertaining to the following described realty, to-wit: All of Tract "A" and the East 17.50 feet of Tract "B" of the Plat of Rplling Hills Village as recorded in Volume 76 of Plats, Pages 39 and 40, records of King County, State of Washington (Same being a Replat of Tract "A" and portion of Tract "B") . (Subject property being located at the intersection of Puget Drive and Rolling Hills Avenue extending to the Bonneville Power Line right-of-way - all situate in Renton, King County, Washington; all being located within portion of Section 20, Twp. 23 N. , R 5 E, W.M.) be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, as revised, subject to the laws and ordinances of the CITY OF RENTON.
