RESOLUTION NO. /iv
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received certain revenues in excess of
estimated revenues for the calendar year 1966 and such payments having been received
from Wilson and Dean Construction Company pertaining to a certain 36" storm sewer on
7th Avenue South, a public improvement, and
WHEREAS such excess revenues are needed to provide funds for such installation
by the Street Department and such expenditures being necessary for the preservation of
public health, safety and welfare, NW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
WASHINGTON as follows:
SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated from such excess revenues the
following amount to the following fund, to-wit:
Street Maintenance Fund, Account 3200, Capital Outlay #605 $4,386.82
(Working Budget . Street 3240/C.0.605)
SECTION III The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make the
nene.a.sary transfer and appropriation as above specified.
