WASHINGTON ORDINANCE N0. 3012 � ' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REN.TON, WASHINGTON, I CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION .OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WI.THIN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM GENERAL CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G) TO MANUFACTURING PARK DISTRI.CT (M-P) AND HEAVY IND.USTRIAL DISTRICT (H-1) ,RESPECTIVELY + WHEREAS under Chapter VII , Title IV (Building Regulations) �r of Ordinance. No. 162a known as the Code of General Ordinances of i the City of Renton" , as amended, and the maps and reports adopted II� in conjunction thereraith, the property hereinbelow described has I heretofore been zoned as General Classification District (G) ; and WHEREAS a proper pet.ition for change of zone classification of said property has been filed with the City Clerk on or about February 5 , 196.9 , which petition was duly referred to the Planning Commission for investig.ation, study and public hearing, and the matter continued from time. to time, and a public hearing having been held thereon on or abo.ut November 26 , 1975 , and said matter having been duly consider.ed by the Planning Commission and said zoning request being in conformity with. the City' s. Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and the City Council having duly considered all matters relevant thereto, and all parties having been heard appearing in support .thereof or in opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE BE IT .ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND. Except the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 25 . Except also all that portion of a 20 acre parcel , more or less , being the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 25 . Also less proposed South 165th Street and South 172nd Street.
