CITY OF RENTON, WASHING.TON ORDTNANCE N0. � 3034 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PRO- PERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM PUBLIC : DISTRICT (P-1) TO BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1) WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton'� , as amended, and the maps and reports adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore been zoned as Public District (P-1) ; and WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said property has been filed with the City Clerk on or about April 6, 1976 , which petition was duly referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing, and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about April 28, 1976 , , and said matter having been duly considered by the Planning Commission and said zoning request being in conformity with the City°s Compre- hensive Plan, as amended, and the City Council having duly considered all matters relevant thereto, and all parties having been heard ap- � pearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I : The following described property in the City of � Renton is hereby rezoned to Business District (B-1) as hereinbelow , specified; the Public Works Director and the Planning Director are hereby authorized and directed to chan e the ma s of the Zonin g P S Ordinance, as amended, to evidence said rezoning, to-wit: Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 , 14 and th.e south l5 feet of Lot 15 Block 2 of Smither' s Fifth Addition to the Town of Renton according to Plat thereof recorded in Volume 16 of Plats , page 33 , records of King County, Washington, together with. the balance of the Milwaukee Road ownership adjoining said Lots 12 and 13 , and exterided to the Pacii'ic Coast (Burlington Northern) Railroad right of way; also together with all that portion ' of R/��T vacated by Ord. #453 lying a-djacent to the above I described� property . � (Property located on South 4th Place and Shattuck Avenue) , — — - — ---� I �,�"' � . ,h, , , , , � � AND FURTHER _SUBJECT -to tha-t cer�ain "Declaration of Restrictive I ICovenants" executed by the Pe�i�ioners-Owners on or abou� May 10 , 1976 ,and which said Coverian�s are hereby incorpora�ed and anade a part hereaf as if fu11y set forth.
