WHEREAS a petitioa for the approval of a final plat for the subdivisfoa of
a certain tract of land as hereinafter more perticularly described, located withia the
City of Renton has heretofore beea presented to and filed with the City Couacil and
the City Plaoaing Commission and it appearing that the preliminary plat has heretofore
beenduly approved by the Plannin� Co�ission, after public hearing thereon, as provided
by law which approval was dated June 5, 1967, anct
WHERE�S after due iavestigation the Planning Commission has considered aud
recoma�ended the apgroval of said final plat, and said matter having come on for revfew
before the Plaaning Commission at its public meeting on August 9, 1967, and the City
Council haviag duly approved said f inal pZar at its regular meeting on August 2!, 1967,
and
and such approval being deemed proper and advisable/in the public interest� NOW
