HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 4049 _�, ,� .. . . .: . , CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 4049 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (CHG/CADILLAC FAIRVIEW/POLYGON - FPUD-087-86) WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final planned unit development for a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the City of Renton has heretofore been filed with the Building and Zoning Department and it appearing that the preliminary planned unit development has heretofore been duly approved by the City Council after public hearing thereon as provided by law; and WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has considered and recommended the approval of said final planned unit development and the City Council having duly approved said final planned unit development at its regular meeting on January 12 , 1987 , and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The final planned unit development heretofore submitted and approved by the Hearing Examiner, pertaining to the following described real estate, to-wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. (Property located at S.W. 5th Court and Stevens Avenue S.W. ) be and the same is hereby approved as such planned unit development, SUBJECT TO that certain Declaration of Restrictive Covenants -1- � � . . �r ORDINANCE N0. 4049 " • executed by Petitioner-Owners on or about March 2 , 1987 and recorded in the office of the Director of Records and Elections, Receiving No. g�03020693 and which said Covenants are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set forth; AND FURTHER SUBJECT to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the City' s Hearing Examiner dated November 24 , 1986 .
