Amends Ordinance No. 4047
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. 4052
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ADOPTING THE ZONING MAP AS OFFICIAL DESIGNATION
FOR ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS AND AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 4047 TO ESTABLISH THE DATE OF ADOPTION OF THE
ZONING MAP.
WHEREAS the City of Renton has previously adopted a
Zoning Ordinance for the entire City of Renton, and
WHEREAS the City of Renton has prepared and utilized
a Zoning Map visually displaying the zoning designation of various
parcels of property within the City of Renton, and
WHEREAS the public has come to rely upon the Zoning Map,
and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Renton did duly
establish and hold a public hearing to adopt said Zoning Map and the
City Council having duly considered all matters relevant thereto and
all parties having been heard appearing in support thereof or in
opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The attached Zoning Map of the City of Renton
is hereby confirmed as depicting the official zoning designations of
the various parcels of property as of January 15 , 1987 .

SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty days after its publication.
